Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in multitasking office management or admin role
  • 2+ years of experience working in fast paced environments with proven ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Experience in a recruiting or recruiting support role – sourcing candidates and managing recruitment tasks (i.e. scheduling) is highly preferred, but not mandatory
  • Can leverage AI to assist with daily activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva or similar programs
  • Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred, but not required)
  • Ability to confidently manage and organize office logistics and operations
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • High degree of adaptability, flexibility and problem-solving
  • Keen aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and be able to maintain strict confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Own the Golden, CO office & employee experience by working onsite up to 5 days per week, ensuring the office is a clean, inviting place to work
  • Organizing weekly lunches delivered to the office
  • Ensuring groceries and snacks are continuously stocked
  • Hosting regular Happy Hours at the office or at a local venue
  • Planning and executing other employee events throughout the year
  • Working with various vendors to help facilitate office cleaning, drinking water deliveries, maintenance, etc.
  • Collaborating with IT/Operations to ensure equipment is used, maintained, and stored properly
  • Provide critical support to the overall talent acquisition strategy in our US offices by working with our P&C Partner to help create position descriptions to ensure we are building diverse and effective teams according to Tomorrow.io goals and culture
  • Sourcing and attracting the best candidates by using LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.
  • Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Providing resume reviews to ensure effectiveness of sourcing strategies
  • Conducting interviews and reference checks for open positions
  • Researching and recommending recruiting best practices
  • Providing data driven, analytical reports to track success of processes
  • Taking part in our global recruiting efforts
  • Act as a key member of the People & Culture team by collaborating on various projects including employee onboarding, content building, research, etc.
  • Bringing insights from your outside experience and work with the CO team to help build programs to increase employee engagement
  • Learning about our team-sponsored programs and being a resource for employee questions
  • Maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information and office matters
  • Fostering meaningful relationships with those in the office, as well as others across the company

Preferred Qualifications
