AI ML Solutions Sr Associate

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in AI/ML solution design and implementation within a large enterprise.
Strong background in product management and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Manage Use Case Intake: Oversee the centralized intake process for AI/ML use cases across CCB and maintain alignment with strategic goals.
Coordinate Project Lifecycle: Lead discovery, solution design, and POC scoping for prioritized use cases, ensuring timely project progression.
Strategic Vision & Evangelism: Develop and promote the strategic vision for AI/ML solutions, advocating for their value and impact.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project status, vision, requirements, and next steps.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Identify and engage strategic partners to contribute to solution design and foster a collaborative environment.
Change Management: Develop and implement best practices for integrating AI/ML solutions as scalable capabilities.
Domain Expertise Development: Own a portfolio of work by LOB or function to build deep domain expertise and stay informed about industry trends.
Best Practices Integration: Incorporate product management, change management, and solution design best practices into all projects.
