- Bachelors degree
- Ability to create exceptionally written, compliant, and compelling proposal narrative
- Ability to conceptualize and communicate or develop rich graphic visuals
- Experience with technical leadership and project management
- Foundational knowledge in Statistics, Linear Algebra, Calculus
- Experience with AI/ML Frameworks: Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, AWS Sagemaker, MLFlow, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, HuggingFace
- Programming Languages: Python, R, MATLAB
- Experience in distributed computing and cloud based AI solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience deploying AI models in production, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and model serving techniques
- Strong background in data engineering, feature engineering and model optimization
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top Secret clearance and DOE ‘Q’ clearance
- US Citizenship Required
Responsibilities
- Create, Design and develop AI/ML enabled solutions and capabilities within the Federal Civilian market
- Analyze Request for Information/Quote/Proposal (RFI/RFQ/RFP) requirements and develop responsive solutions around AI/ML
- Support the pursuit of AI/ML opportunities within the Federal Civilian Market with customer meetings, solution discussions, proposal contributions
- Provides expert guidance and leadership to less-experienced colleagues
- May be assigned as a task or project leader on programs for short to long-term assignments (Not a people manager)
