Responsibilities
- Demonstrate customer empathy and be the face of Distyl, managing relationships from end-users to executive stakeholders.
- Identify the most valuable problems to solve. Embed yourself in the customer’s workflow to understand it better than the users themselves. Ensure high accuracy and reliability to achieve the desired outcomes. Take ownership and accountability for the success of the customer engagement.
- You and a technical lead will be jointly responsible for leading a team to deliver results to the customer.
- Navigate noisy enterprise data to identify how AI can create reliable outcomes despite real-world constraints.
- Onboard users to our enterprise applications and platform, ensuring they realize value.
- Represent the customer’s voice, surfacing pain points that drive future product improvements.
