Aircraft Integration Technician

Minimum 3 years of industry experience in aerospace or automotive
You are able to read, interpret and follow assembly and installation drawings to properly install different components on an aircraft/vehicle
You have the ability to work closely with engineers during prototype integration, testing and troubleshooting
You are experienced with aerospace/automotive tools/equipment and best practices
You will perform tool control, eliminate Foreign Object Debris, and keep your work area clean, organized, and free of any dangerous and/or hazardous material.
You have a strong and applied knowledge of complex assembly and installation processes, such as build record documentation, quality systems, and manufacturing execution systems
You are familiar with functional systems checks and non-conformity processes
You work well independently and in teams
You are fluent with mechanical and electrical assembly procedures
You are willing to travel with the aircraft to support ground and flight testing

As part of the Production System organization, and deployed in a Final Assembly Shop, you will be assembling a novel type of aircraft targeting the autonomous UAM market
You will support aircraft integration, maintenance, operation, modification, and repair of a prototype electric aircraft.
You will be responsible for following standardized work processes, specifications and best practices.
You will work closely with team members and engineers to build and install aircraft structural components, wire harnesses, and avionics systems, along with troubleshooting issues
