Requirements

• Strong Account Services experience
• Market working knowledge of best practices tied to Account Set Up Automation
• Ability to develop implementation practices and build high performing teams
• Strategic thinker with strong business analysis and planning skills
• Demonstrate understanding of Operations processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral
• Experience with designing new solutions by analyzing requirements
• Ability to write SQL code for data analysis

Responsibilities

• Review detailed business analysis executed by Implementation leads and advise clients on current and future state Alpha F2B operating models
• Provide guidance to teams on technical analysis and advice to clients on current and future state data-centric operating models
• Emphasize and drive the need for standard artifacts within the team
• Work with leadership on cost and budget management tied to implementation resources
• Ensure that teams have knowledge of analysis best practices and document data mappings
• Drive improvements in the Project Plans with tightened governance of interdependent tasks
• Work with Product teams on Implementation requirements and ensure adherence to standards
• Provide resourcing timely to new implementations or live client change management demands
• Lead Service Definitions and pre-sales initiatives
• Consolidate application design for global strategic model
• Display a culture of ownership and accountability into the team

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology, or related field of study
• 15+ years’ experience data analysis or client reporting
