Alpha Environment and Data Strategy Lead-2

Requirements

• Strong experience in end-to-end environment strategy, architecture and workflow design
• Strong experience in data analysis and business system flows
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Technical architecture knowledge
• Understanding of global portfolio management, trading, and compliance functions across asset classes
• Skilled in managing multi-year programs consisting of complex business models and flows across front, middle, and back office operating models in both an insourced and outsourced model

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end environment and data strategy programs that onboard new clients onto State Street’s front-to-back platform
• Lead regional and functional teams supporting workflow analysis, data analysis, requirements analysis for current and future state models and architecture
• Lead creation and delivery of internal and client facing documents (strategy documents, playbooks, architecture documentation, data insights etc.)
• Navigate complex client relationships, build strong business relationships, and manage expectations with client stakeholders
• Lead various stages of the implementation lifecycle across multiple simultaneous global clients
• Support business development and sales efforts through consultative client engagement
• Provide regular status updates and support program management reports as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Agile Methodology and tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, RTC) preferred
• Front/ Middle office platforms experience is useful
