Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 1 + years of brokerage firm experience or operational processing experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and Word
- Diagnostic Information Gathering: Identifying the information needed to clarify a situation, seeking that information from appropriate sources, and using skillful questioning to draw out the information when others are reluctant to disclose it.

Responsibilities
- Processing transactions in a high paced environment.
- Researching complex issues.
- Help resolve complex transfer related issues and escalations.
- Proactively share ideas for process improvement.
- Working with our business partners to resolve transfer related issues.
- Providing resolution steps for Alternative Investment transfers that are not in good order.
Preferred Qualifications
- Alternative Investment operation experience
- ACAT and Non-ACAT transfer experience
- Reconciliation of breaks
- Processing Journal requests
