Requirements

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Raymond James Financial Advisors, senior leadership, and alternative investment fund partners to troubleshoot service issues, including, but not limited to, new investments, commission payments, pricing, client statements, and redemptions.
- Assist with basic technological concepts (e.g., data structures and database design) to work with IT professionals on process improvement and risk mitigation projects.
- Manage the operational infrastructure of Raymond James’s alternative investment platform.
- Engage with Financial Advisors, alternative investment Fund Sponsors, and home office departments to support all operational aspects of the Alternative Investment platform.
- Submit client investments to fund sponsors, conduct client suitability reviews, generate trade confirmations, update positions and valuations on client statements, process redemptions, and maintain account performance details.
- Identify opportunities to create efficiencies and assist with complex research and investigations.
- Orient and train new team members.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
