Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience
- Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (ex. Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain)
- Experience with APEX, PRISM, Analysis for Office, RPLAN, EDIT+ or a similar system
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, and/or PowerPoint
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Responsibilities
- Support the EAC process by driving functional meetings and collaborating with functional counterparts to EAC inputs are analyzed and provided on schedule.
- Coordinate & Communicate with SSBU and Program Finance teams to set expectations for EAC and forecast deliverables including flow down and deliverable timing & expectations.
- Drive the Production team’s RPLAN updates and conduct trend analysis and communicate how program performance impacts BSEC (Bookings, Sales, Earnings, & Cash).
- Financial point of contact for Program Management and be able to provide financial guidance to IPT leads and non-finance organizations including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Meet critical deadlines and develop reports to encourage solutions and process improvements.
- Support Ad-hoc requests as required.

- Proven ability working independently and with higher levels of management in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate should be very knowledgeable of program control responsibilities which include meeting internal requirements such as coordinating budgetary agreements, preparing EACs and monthly forecasts.
- Clear, succinct written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and inquisitive with strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Work experience in a production-oriented business.
- Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast paced environment while multi-tasking on several different program issues concurrently.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Experience with financial planning and key metrics (Bookings, Sales, Earnings & Cash).
