Requirements

  • A related university degree or technical diploma with limited experience or a combination of related certification and a minimum of five years of related experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with quick turn around.

Responsibilities

  • Work with various internal and external teams to complete day to day operational tasks including related to billing, payments, customer inquiries, project execution and service and maintenance support, etc.
  • Work with supply chain to issue work to our key partners for project execution and customer experience operations including creating, updating and tracking work releases and purchase orders.
  • Review, process and code all invoices for payments to our partners, vendors, etc. Ensure key approvals are acquired. Track actual spend against budget / allocation and alert project or vendor manager where review and updates are required.
  • Work with Vendor Master team to onboard new operational partners and ensure payment for services can be rendered.
  • Process payments to service partners ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payment.
  • Prepare month end reporting and support financial reconciliation process.
  • Support for the customer onboarding process by ensuring customer data is loaded to CRM and customer billing is initiated.
  • Assist with testing and training of new processes and technologies when required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Finance, Customer Care operations experience and / or field operations experience
  • Familiar with the energy sector, especially with low carbon technologies
