Analyst Business Systems IT

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 2 years of experience working in an IT setting.
Time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
Ability to assess and initiate actions independently.
Experience and skills in influencing, leading and directing individuals in multiple functional areas.
Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Strong business analytical and problem-solving skills.

Perform application administration duties, including but not limited to license management, communications with vendors and business partners, and reporting.
Support the development and execution of AI pilot and innovation projects.
Contribute to program rollouts by coordinating activities, preparing documentation, co-managing a shared inbox, and helping with communications and training activities.
Work with other branches of the AI & Automation team where needed to support training and communication initiatives.
Help plan and host AI & Innovation events internal to Medline (AI Summit, hackathons, etc.).
Work with business partners as needed to support AI platform initiatives.
