Requirements
- Knowledge of AML, Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulatory requirements as they apply to U.S. Wealth Management clients.
- Analytical and communication skills are necessary to consult with and communicate information to partners; to analyze and summarize information; and to apply AML laws and regulations to the Company’s business.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Provides support to the Wealth Management business unit as it relates to AML/KYC remediation initiatives.
- Reviews client files for conformance with applicable AML/KYC policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Identifies and escalates to Global AML management any regulatory compliance risks associated with the file reviews completed.
- Participates in all applicable training.
- Carries out business-related activities that may be required to support Global AML Compliance guidelines.
- Provides support as requested by Global AML Management as necessary to resolve compliance issues, including actions in response to Regulatory exam and Audit findings.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0-2 years experience, preferably in AML Compliance or risk management; or equivalent related experience.
- CAMS or FIBA certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of Actimize CDD Tool is also a plus.
