Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a professional financial analysis or reporting role
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an ability to drive insights from financial data
- Advanced knowledge and experience with using MS Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) and working with databases
- Ability to work in a high-pace and demanding environment by fulfilling the data and reporting needs for management
- Ability to perform well under pressure, meet time sensitive deadlines, prioritize work and multi-task while working on multiple projects
- Collaborative and supportive attitude
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Complete, maintain and enhance business performance reports for different stakeholders in CCG
- Manage the collection, aggregation, and analysis of data across multiple groups
- Interface with internal teams to determine reporting requirements & maintaining accuracy of information on multiple source systems.
- Working with databases, information systems to generate reports and analyze financial trends
- Assist the Business Performance team with ad-hoc analysis and tasks related to ongoing projects
- Ensure a continuous improvement culture with particular focus on value added processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial reporting and/or data analysis
- Advanced excel skills such as VBA, Macros and automating reports
