Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 to 5 years’ hands-on experience with digital analytics
- Intermediate skills in Adobe Analytics; proficiency or Adobe certification is a plus
- Proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Data visualization skills with Tableau or like technologies
- Experience with session replay tools like Quantum Metric
- Technical web analytics or programming knowledge is a plus
- Experience with SQL or Python is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop analytics requirements, measurement plans, impact analyses, and dashboards to support each new feature for the overall product roadmap.
- Optimize the implementation and maintenance of online and offline digital analytics and sales technologies.
- Utilize various data visualization tools and analysis techniques to effectively understand every stage of the customer journey.
- Using digital data, provide actionable insights and recommendations that demonstrate bottom-line value to senior leadership and other internal stakeholders.
- Support standard reports at weekly, monthly, quarterly or other cadences.
- Build superior dashboards, models, and forecasts to support business planning or other initiatives.
- Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

- While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
