Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field is required.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as Microfocus Performance Center, JMeter, or IBM RPT.
- Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into understandable templates.
- Proficiency in C language for optimizing and enhancing Vugen scripts.
- Experience in defect management and performance result analysis.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Test Planning, Test Cases Design and development, Test tool Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management.
- Develop test plans and test strategy that replicate real-world usage patterns and workload profiles.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for the application.
- Create Test scenarios/scripts using Microfocus Performance Center, JMeter, or IBM RPT based on requirements.
- Lead the performance Engineering team in creating Performance scripts and executing performance tests.
- Work with Project team to gather NFR, create test plan, supervise in developing test scripts, create a strategy for test data.
- Prepare detailed Performance test results with various graphs like Transaction Response Time, Hits per second graph, Pages download per second, Throughput, Memory & CPU utilization.
