Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to routine audits and risk assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the organization’s member communication.
  • Analyzes potential risks and vulnerabilities in the company’s member systems and processes, and recommends solutions to mitigate those risks.
  • Assists with other member-centric departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Assists with ensuring the organization’s member communication systems and processes are secure, efficient, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Complies with the processes and procedures for audits, reports, and regulatory standards to ensure security in the organization’s member communication systems.
  • Conducts complex analyses and reports on member communications for executive-level and senior management, stakeholders, and senior individual contributors.
  • Collaborates with senior management, stakeholders, and team members to optimize operational effectiveness and performance of member communication systems.
  • Carries out strategic training plans and objectives to ensure member communication processes and procedures are strictly followed.
  • Conducts strategic review processes ensuring continuous improvement, compliance, and high-performance standards are upheld with member communications.

  • Strong Communication skills including ability to present and clearly articulate information to their Manager
  • Problem Solving capabilities / Pro-active identification of areas requiring improvements
  • Critical Thinking to actively and skillfully conceptualize, apply, analyze, and/or evaluate information
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple work tasks on an on-going basis.
  • Highly motivated and able to work with limited supervision within established guidelines.
  • General understanding of PBM Operations
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to influence and skills in persuasion
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Project
  • Associates or Bachelors degree
