Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute research plans based on identifying key business questions and knowledge gaps
  • Manage research project from start to finish- translate business questions into research plan; source appropriate research partner; develop questionnaire, data & analysis plan; write report/presentation and communicate to key stakeholders
  • Manage research agencies to successful and timely project delivery, managing within budget
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize data from diverse sources to support strategic decision-making across Mastercard’s global teams
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide actionable insights into market opportunities, customer needs, and industry developments
  • Collaborate with teams across Mastercard, including product, strategy, and marketing, to ensure research and analysis align with business objectives
  • Develop future perspectives to inform thought leadership and inspire innovation internally and externally
  • Support thought leadership and contribute to the creation of whitepapers and other materials to showcase Mastercard’s expertise in the payments, security and innovation.
