Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in research, data analysis or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and generate insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
- Develop & execute research plans based on identifying key business questions and knowledge gaps
- Manage research project from start to finish- translate business questions into research plan; source appropriate research partner; develop questionnaire, data & analysis plan; write report/presentation and communicate to key stakeholders
- Manage research agencies to successful and timely project delivery, managing within budget
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize data from diverse sources to support strategic decision-making across Mastercard’s global teams
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide actionable insights into market opportunities, customer needs, and industry developments
- Collaborate with teams across Mastercard, including product, strategy, and marketing, to ensure research and analysis align with business objectives
- Develop future perspectives to inform thought leadership and inspire innovation internally and externally
- Support thought leadership and contribute to the creation of whitepapers and other materials to showcase Mastercard’s expertise in the payments, security and innovation.
