Requirements
- Proficient in JDA Space Planning
- Ability to design, build, and maintain merchandise planograms
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating sales, profitability, and inventory productivity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of merchandising safety standards and visual merchandising recommendations
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop optimized space strategies working closely with merchandising, visual team, and inventory planning
- Analyze planograms and make recommendations to optimize planograms, improve functionality and financial performance
- Attend weekly meetings with cross-functional teams to participate in business discussions and provide space planning expertise
- Capture bays as set in the Innovation Center, conduct space diagnostics and analyze planograms based on sales, profitability and inventory productivity
- Address deficiencies that arise from pre-walks or execution in a timely manner
