Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is required.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, X, Threads, Bluesky, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Demonstrated ability and affinity for reading comprehension and critical thinking.
- Intellectual curiosity and interest in science and/or mathematics.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to the responsibilities of the team.
Responsibilities
- Categorize and label archival social media posts using to a provided key of post types.
- Sort and label audience input for responses in the general contact inbox using a provided key.
- Gather and share performance data for social media posts in an internal spreadsheet.
- Sort and ship merchandise for audience giveaways.
- Assist the Audience team with additional tasks and projects as requested.
