Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in reporting and analytics, people management, and leadership.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI)
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong presentation skills to all levels of management.
  • Experience in taking a company forward in a fast-growth environment, providing insight for direction, and managing change effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Relentlessly focus on the customer journey and delivery experience to help build and drive data strategy to align with business objectives, and growth projections.
  • Lead a team of Analysts.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and build advanced reporting to generate actionable insights.
  • Build, operationalize, and iterate on key performance metrics and dashboards to communicate insights from analyses to stakeholders and leaders.
  • Build and implement 3-6 month road maps, driving results against team KPIs and OKRs in partnership with cross-functional partners including Service and Tech organizations.
  • Build strong partnerships and collaboration with leaders and stakeholders to enable consistency in programs with peers.
  • Identify opportunities through a combination of data driven analysis and observations.
  • Contribute to the development of tools and processes that drive efficiencies for the team and simplify the day-to-day operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Python or R is preferred but not required.
