Requirements
- 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of enterprise client service or related business experience
- 2+ years of experience implementing/supporting implementation of products for enterprise level clients
- 2+ years utilizing or maintaining desktop procedures
Responsibilities
- Present implementation status reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Request and provision developer access to Wells Fargo’s API and SDK Products
- Interact with a case management system to track client implementation status
- Independently use documented procedures perform various manual tasks accurately
- Evaluate complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for Onboarding initiatives
- Accomplish various reporting and maintenance projects
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years with JIRA Service Desk experience
- Knowledge and understanding of database provisioning baselines and standards
- 1+ year of Gateway Enterprise Channels with technologies (i.e. SDK’s, API’s)
- Experience with collaborating and consulting with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems
- 2+ years of creating and interacting with networking digital certificates
