Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA)
  • 1-3 years of experience in related field

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support for enterprise application support for Student Life departments
  • Project management of application projects
  • Overseeing application development
  • Analyzing application related systems and technical documents
  • Writing instructional documentation
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
  • Providing technical assistance
  • Some evening and weekend work required
  • Participation in a rotating on-call schedule required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Student staff supervision
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience with recreation membership management (RecTrac)
  • Experience with Hyland Onbase document management software preferred
