Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA)
- 1-3 years of experience in related field
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support for enterprise application support for Student Life departments
- Project management of application projects
- Overseeing application development
- Analyzing application related systems and technical documents
- Writing instructional documentation
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
- Providing technical assistance
- Some evening and weekend work required
- Participation in a rotating on-call schedule required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Student staff supervision
- Experience in project management
- Experience with recreation membership management (RecTrac)
- Experience with Hyland Onbase document management software preferred
