Requirements
- 8–10 years of application, middleware, and web server support experience
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect Associate certification (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in regulated environments (financial services preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2012+, Linux systems, and middleware technologies
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog, Nagios, or Opsview
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
Responsibilities
- Deploy and support applications for US and international clients
- Create new environments and manage AWS-hosted infrastructure (Dev, UAT, Prod)
- Perform software deployments and resolve issues, including outside regular hours
- Collaborate with Technical Leads to improve service delivery
- Maintain documentation for support issues and deployments
- Support and configure Windows and Linux servers
- Troubleshoot networking, SSL certificates, load balancers, IIS, and Tomcat
- Automate tasks using PowerShell
- Contribute to proof-of-concept and research projects
- Ensure best practices for security and compliance in cloud environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SharePoint, Presconnect, Kofax, or Informatica
