Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
- Five (5) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation
- Creating DevOps model and CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and CircleCI
- Creating standalone web applications that enable users to upload assets from local to S3 buckets
- Analyzing, designing, developing and testing in client/server, object-oriented programming and web design environments using Java Server Pages (JSPs), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax and front-end development tools in J2EE applications
- Writing complex queries, stored procedures, and packages using PL/SQL Programming
- Automating solutions to enable self-service for stakeholders, creating tooling for teams to analyze and work on issues, and creating dashboards using Java, spring, Jdbc, Servlets, JSP, Struts and Hibernate.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the ICG PS ITRS Geneos platform
- Lead the Global ICG Production Support ITRS Engineering team
- Maintain and support ITRS systems and its operating environments, focusing on availability, stability, security and performance
- Lead research and implementation initiatives to automate the tool infrastructure/systems, integration and onboarding
- Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate to business and technology management in a timely manner
- Review and develop tool contingency planning to ensure availability to users
- Partner with appropriate development and production support areas to prioritize tool fixes, upgrades and non-compliance issues from security and vulnerability scans
- Ensure change with appropriate controls, documentation, and approvals including implementation of new and revised regulatory reporting requirements
- Ensure essential procedures are followed and helps to define operating standards, best practices, and processes
- Help develop and maintain technical support documentation.
