Requirements
- Outbound Call Center or high volume inside sales experience highly preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency, experience with CRMs.

Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to small businesses, initiating conversations that pave the way for success.
- Schedule appointments for our outside sales team, creating valuable opportunities that contribute to both our clients’ success and our company’s growth.
- Ensure submitted appointments meet confirmation guidelines.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, ensuring every call brings us closer to building new relationships.
- Maintain a balance between new relationships and resetting contacts.
- Participate in training and coaching to continuously enhance your skills and succeed in your role.
