- Strong sales mentality, understanding of the sales process, and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with building materials and construction processes.
- Understanding of business principles and sales strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of Aeroseal products and their benefits.
- College degree preferred (sales, marketing, business).
- 7++ years sales experience a plus.
- Candidate must reside in the sales territory.
- Ability to travel within a defined territory.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of Aeroseal’s AeroBarrier Envelope Sealing (AeroBarrier) and Aeroseal Duct Sealing at residential new construction builders.
- Understand and apply the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote Aeroseal products, services, and technologies.
- Gather and analyze market information to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Be knowledgeable about Aeroseal products, their benefits, and competitive offerings.
- Address customer issues and concerns and develop solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management.
