Overview
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Service, directs and manages the activities of all field engineering representatives within a service area. Provides appropriate service support to customers and internal departments of Werfen.
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
- Develops plans, programs, budgets, and operating procedures for assigned service area.
- Provides customers with prompt and effective installation, maintenance and service support.
- Manages efficient scheduling and the allocation of human and capital resources.
- Selects, hires, develops, and evaluates field service representatives within the area.
- Administers capital revenue and expense budgets incurred by subordinates.
- Establishes work standards and measurements.
- Monitors the technical reporting system.
- Performs other duties as position requires

Qualifications
Min Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a related technical discipline or business.
- Eight years of customer service experience, to include five years in a managerial capacity.
