Requirements

  • 5 – 7 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Ariba modules and functionalities; experience with integrations between SAP Ariba and other ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier management best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP Ariba modules, including Procurement, Contract Management, Supplier Management, and Invoice Management.
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Ariba solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Analyze and optimize procurement and supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using SAP Ariba.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SAP Ariba systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, IT, and external stakeholders, to understand business needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to SAP Ariba configurations, workflows, and best practices.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to SAP Ariba functionalities and integrations in a timely manner.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in SAP Ariba and procurement technologies, recommending improvements to existing processes and systems.

Preferred Qualifications
