Requirements

• Strong Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD skills are a must
• Strong understanding of branding, spatial planning, and user experience
• Ability to inspire and lead design aesthetics, trends, and best practices
• Strong communicator and collaborator, both verbally and visually
• Calm under pressure, consistent, detail oriented, and solution minded
• Experience and passion for sporting events and event production
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing a high volume of work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional brand design and consistent visual direction across physical and digital mediums ranging from small to large scale environmental graphics, FF&E selections, and a variety of experiential moments that define various levels of a premium hospitality experience start to finish
• Design and manage 2D and 3D visualizations, mood boards, key art, renderings, and any technical drawings required to communicate design intent
• Translate the brand guidelines into a visual identity within physical environments
• Present design concepts clearly and confidently
• Take projects from concept to execution with minimal supervision
• Ensure brand standards are maintained at the highest level by both internal and external teams and vendors
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
• Develop strong and collaborative communications with internal teams and cross functional partners, fostering an inclusive and inspiring team environment
• Address sustainability considerations through design considerations and material choices

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency
• Knowledge of FIFA regulations and standards
