Requirements
- Must be a US citizen
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to meet pre-employment requirements including any required physicals, drug screen, and/or background investigation to satisfy clearance requirements from the Department of Energy
- BA/BS plus 5-9 years of direct experience required
- Ability to obtain DOE Q Clearance
Responsibilities
- Possess or be able to obtain a Q-level clearance and HRP certification
- Obtain certification through training, Qualification Card completion, and Oral Board review
- Assessment Team Leader or become an Assessment Team Leader through training and completion of biennial Conduct of Operations assessments
- Derivative Classifier/Reviewing Official (DC/RO) or become a DC/RO
- Works as a team member providing Conduct of Operations and Conduct of Maintenance Operations input for process and facility startups and restarts
- Perform routine work observations evaluating the implementation of Conduct of Operations principles, providing coaching and mentoring as necessary
- Perform data analysis, report completion, and presentation development and delivery
- Attend and conduct required Conduct of Operations meetings and trainings
- Advocate a worker’s right to stop work when they feel their personal safety is jeopardized and take responsibility to resolve the concern in a timely manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
