Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Relevant Experience
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to work closely with business partners and interact with all staff levels
- Experience of working in large scale, large volume work areas
- Technical knowledge regarding process flow automation tools
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills including the ability to communicate strategic messages clearly and consistently with the team, making linkages to individual goals and accomplishments
Responsibilities
- Manage messaging queues
- Running various automation tools to review and build events
- Performing quality control of the automation tool output and final modification before release to client
- Identify automation solutions to reduce manual work
- Contribute to publishing various team metrics
