Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for new investments, ensuring all necessary documentation and data are collected and accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth transitions and integration of new investments into the portfolio.
- Assist in the preparation and review of investment valuations, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and methodologies.
- Maintain and update valuation models and tools, providing accurate and timely valuation data to stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive data sets from portfolio companies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and implement processes for data collection, validation, and analysis to support portfolio monitoring and performance evaluation.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports, providing insights and analysis on portfolio performance and key metrics.
- Collaborate with the portfolio management team to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the portfolio.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of portfolio management operations.
- Stay informed of industry best practices and technological advancements to drive innovation within the team.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding portfolio management operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Experience with portfolio management software and systems.
