Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in writing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in IT asset management, including hardware and software tracking.
- Strong knowledge of asset management tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain comprehensive asset lifecycle information.
- Track and report on all hardware and software assets within the organization.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to develop and enforce policies and procedures related to purchasing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve asset management policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to IT asset management.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of asset records.
- Provide training and support to staff on asset management processes and tools.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
