Responsibilities
- Raise and retain assets for JPMAM by driving sales growth for our Defined Contribution retirement solutions in in the Northeast territory (N.VA, DE, NJ, E.PA, NY Metro, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME) with Financial Advisors and their plan sponsor clients.
- Partner with JPMAM US Advisor Distribution territory partners to deepen relationships with Financial Advisors, drive pipeline opportunities, and close plans.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations in partnership with Financial Advisors from Initial thru Finals stage, and offers guidance throughout the on-boarding process to ensure an optimal client transition experience.
- Effectively manage multiple facets of the sales process including meeting coordination, RFP responses, product comparisons, proposals, pipeline management, follow-up items/activities.
- Prepare all team members for effective client engagement from point-of-sale through the duration of the client relationship.
- Collaborate with JP Morgan Relationship Managers on advisor Due Diligence meetings and point of sale presentations.
- Travel requirements >70% with a minimum activity standard of 15 meetings per week.
