Responsibilities

  • Partner to support senior sales professionals across Platform Development in the ongoing management of existing client relationships and the goal of identifying and delivering new business opportunities.
  • Produce high quality deliverables for internal stakeholders and external clients through a keen focus on attention to detail.
  • Conduct industry research and partner to position GSAM investment solutions, create value-add content and marketing materials, and coordinate RFI/DDQs to support sales and partnership efforts.
  • Partner with senior sales team to coordinate and contribute to in-person and virtual meetings with clients to position the full suite of GS Asset Management investment solutions, with attention to diligent meeting notes and ownership of follow-up items.
  • Engage with broader Retirement Solutions client relationship teams, including Key Account Managers and Field Wholesalers, to further sales efforts with leading client’s investment due diligence, sales and distribution, and marketing teams to establish, maintain, and grow relationships across the annuity and retirement markets.
  • Collaborate and develop connectivity with internal teams across the Firm to source and deliver multi-asset, equity, fixed income, and alternative solutions to our clients.
  • Develop complete understanding and appreciation of the Goldman Sachs value proposition, which includes market insights, value-add content, and distribution-focused marketing strategy to deliver the firm when engaging with clients.
  • Support the creation and maximization of sales and revenue opportunities within base of clients.

  • Experience with insurance companies offering annuities preferred but not required
