Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, sales operations, business analytics, or a related field
- Understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and sales enablement tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with data (e.g., dashboards, SQL, or BI tools like Tableau or Looker)
- Experience in agile product management methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with automation tools, integrations, or workflow automation
- Passion for leveraging technology to drive sales team success
Responsibilities
- Support the development and optimization of our platforms (e.g., Salesforce, lead management, sales intelligence, and engagement tools)
- Work with various stakeholders and platforms to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and actionable insights
- Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and work cross-functionally to implement improvements that enhance productivity
- Assist in defining and executing the roadmap for sales enablement tools, balancing innovation with regulatory/compliance requirements
- Support questions on data or sales processes, create documentation and support change management efforts
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements to our sales tech stack
- Gather and prioritize requirements from sales, leadership, and other go-to-market teams to enhance tool functionality and usability
