Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience producing live events in video control room or similar other broadcast environments
- Advanced knowledge of standard graphical, video, audio, and other media types
- Strong knowledge of various control room systems and equipment ranging from production switchers and video replay systems to character generators and live rendering environments
- Strong knowledge of NBA, WNBA, and NCAA real-time data platforms, including TISSOT scoring & timing, Genius Sports stats, Stats Perform OOTs, and Daktronics Data Studio Basketball
- Extensive experience with LED playback systems and equipment, including Daktronics Show Control, Venus Control Suite, and NovaStar LED processor
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a particular expertise in Excel
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and post-secondary degree

- Monitor and exploit emerging trends in live sports production, strategically integrating breakthrough opportunities to elevate the arena’s digital backbone
- Optimize and accelerate the dissemination of Time of Day, Game in Progress, and advanced statistical data, ensuring precision and real-time impact
- Streamline content loading and scripting workflows across video, LED, and IPTV playback systems for maximum efficiency and audience resonance
- Forge strategic alliances with both key internal stakeholders and external partners to craft premium digital content
- Command a top-tier production unit, driving flawless execution across 200+ events and playback of thousands of content pieces annually with relentless precision
- Uphold uncompromisingly high-quality production standards, cementing the arena’s reputation as the industry leader in live sports production
- Implement rigorous, proactive maintenance protocols to safeguard control room infrastructure, ensuring long-term reliability
- Maintain a meticulously curated arsenal of standard operating procedures, system documentation, and signal flow schematics for operational clarity and scalability
