Requirements

  • Experience in facility management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of operations and maintenance of buildings and systems
  • Ability to develop and implement processes and procedures
  • Experience in managing client relationships and vendor management
  • Knowledge of compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting

Responsibilities

  • Improve safety performance by changing level of awareness and changing behaviors
  • Develop and implement site-specific processes and procedures to ensure consistent levels of excellence in on-site operation
  • Measure and manage client feedback, written and verbal throughout the year
  • Conduct formal and informal relationship meetings with contacts
  • Manage and direct 3rd party vendors to ensure contract and operational compliance
  • Ensure all critical equipment vendor PM’s are completed as per schedule
  • Complete all related training, Action Items/Audit Responses, and ensure that all critical PMs are completed on time
  • Ensure all safety, environmental, and standards are strictly adhered to within managed facilities
  • Ensure compliance with portfolio wide initiatives and required local, state and federal laws and regulations that pertain to the operating of facilities
  • Develop site specific budgets and forecasts and manage to same
  • Report financial results to client and JLL leadership
