Requirements
- Experience in facility management or a related field
- Strong understanding of operations and maintenance of buildings and systems
- Ability to develop and implement processes and procedures
- Experience in managing client relationships and vendor management
- Knowledge of compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
Responsibilities
- Improve safety performance by changing level of awareness and changing behaviors
- Develop and implement site-specific processes and procedures to ensure consistent levels of excellence in on-site operation
- Measure and manage client feedback, written and verbal throughout the year
- Conduct formal and informal relationship meetings with contacts
- Manage and direct 3rd party vendors to ensure contract and operational compliance
- Ensure all critical equipment vendor PM’s are completed as per schedule
- Complete all related training, Action Items/Audit Responses, and ensure that all critical PMs are completed on time
- Ensure all safety, environmental, and standards are strictly adhered to within managed facilities
- Ensure compliance with portfolio wide initiatives and required local, state and federal laws and regulations that pertain to the operating of facilities
- Develop site specific budgets and forecasts and manage to same
- Report financial results to client and JLL leadership
