Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- A minimum of one year of coaching experience at the high school level or above
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Coach with all phases of a Division 1 intercollegiate football program
- Instruction and training of student-athletes in on-court operations
- Physical and mental player development
- Motivation and mentorship of student-athletes
- Instilling discipline and developing technical skills through quality practice and communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited university
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations in Division 1 Athletics
