Requirements
- Two years of experience in Food & Beverage industry
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with guests, management, employees and other outside contacts
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including budgets, labor, scheduling, inventory, and guest service to drive short-term profitability
- Assist the General Manager in developing and executing strategies to achieve restaurant goals
- Help manage Human Resource duties such as fostering teamwork, providing performance feedback, recognizing employees, and ensuring a positive work environment
- Support hiring, training, and succession planning while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements, including collective bargaining agreements
- Regularly interact with guests to ensure they have an exceptional dining experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting is desired
- Background in Asian cuisine is preferred
