Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Two years of prior relevant experience
- Previous experience managing team members under a collective bargaining agreement
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the TAP restaurant operations to include fiscal budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, guest service standards, and execution of marketing strategies.
- Develop strategies to increase profitability within the designated outlet
- Oversee front of house staff and operations in TAP Sports Pub to ensure that service and safety standards are met
- Ensures high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience
- Maintain communication with the chef on all food and menu issues
- Perform employee evaluations and manage issues related to attendance records
- Assist with ordering inventory and other essential office functions
