Responsibilities
- Assist Investors with day-to-day administrative duties
- Ordering & confirming orders
- Handling makegoods
- Monitoring placement of scheduled spots
- Maintaining added value and billing reconciliation
- Learning & understanding media terminology
- Reviewing & understanding buying guidelines (goals & objectives) with buyer
- Implementing work-related goals established by buyer/business solutions team on behalf of clients
- Establishing & maintaining business relationship with vendor partners
- Maintaining accurate buy files with financial information to align with buying system
- Assuming buying responsibilities from pre-buy to post-buy in small markets
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-year college degree
- Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Outlook
