Requirements
- Terminal degree in Health Care Administration, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university
- Individuals with terminal degrees in Medicine or Law will also be considered
- Doctoral candidates nearing completion of degree are also invited, but degree must be conferred prior to start date
- Credentials must be obtained prior to the start date
Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate/graduate courses in the U.S. health care system, operations management, accounting and finance, strategic management, and/or health care marketing
- Supervise undergraduate pre-practicum and undergraduate practicum based
- Carry a 4/4 teaching load with load offsets for departmental administrative duties
- Provide academic, professional or community service participation
Preferred Qualifications
- University or college teaching experience is preferred
- Professional experience in health care administration may substitute for teaching experience
