Requirements
- Ph.D. in Management or equivalent
- ABD status will be considered, but applicants must have earned a Ph.D. in Management or equivalent prior to being appointed to the position
- Ability to produce intellectual publications is required
- Experience in teaching similar courses at the College/University level is expected
- Ability to teach graduate and undergraduate courses in Human Resources will be the focus
- Another expectation would be to teach organizational behavior, Strategic Management, or Leadership
Responsibilities
- Teach three Management courses in Human Resources, Strategic Management, or Organizational Behavior or Leadership at both undergraduate and graduate per semester
- Produce high-quality peer-reviewed research publications
- Present research at national and regional academic conferences
- Serve on college and university committees as assigned
- Engage in student advising, serve the university community
Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of teaching experience at College/University level
- A research portfolio with Peer-reviewed journal articles and an established future research agenda
