Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide updates, address inquiries, and maintain stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication practices.
  • Work collaboratively with the construction team, following directions and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain communication with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to coordinate orders and deliveries.
  • Assist the Project Manager(s) in managing, coordinating, and administering the project through all phases of design, construction, and post-construction.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and various teams to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and tasks to identify any deviations from the project plan.
  • Actively participate and/or lead any Owner/Architect/Construction Management Agent (OAC), coordination, trade contractor, scheduling, and any other meetings.
  • Coordinate to schedule meetings with the project team as directed by the Project Manager(s).
  • Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with industry standards and stakeholder specifications.
  • Address project-related issues and challenges promptly, seeking guidance from the Project Manager and/or Superintendent as needed and keeping them fully informed in a timely fashion regarding any to all problem areas on the project.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project needs, handle unexpected challenges, and adjust project plans accordingly.
  • Aid in the preparation, expediting, and monitoring of documents (reports, schedules, invoices, ASIs, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes/agendas, daily reports, change orders, punch lists, inspections, closeout, and stakeholder presentations).
  • Prepare project status reports, updates, and presentations for project managers and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the procurement process, reduce lead times, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Attendance at work during normal business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, a related field, or equivalent field experience.
  • Some experience in the construction industry or related fields, demonstrating a grasp of project management principles.
