Requirements
- Familiarity with construction project lifecycles, phases, and activities from planning to completion.
- Understanding of basic project management concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Understanding of coordinating project tasks, teams, and resources to achieve project objectives.
- Knowledge in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Understanding of safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), hazard identification, and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Understanding of potential construction site hazards, including electrical, fall, and equipment-related risks.
- Strong team collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of maintaining accurate project documentation, contracts, drawings, schedules, and change orders.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools for scheduling, task management, and communication.
- Developing leadership skills to assist in coordinating project teams, managing tasks, and facilitating communication.
- Skill in identifying challenges, finding solutions, and making informed decisions to keep projects on track.
- Strong organizational skills to manage project documentation, deadlines, tasks, and priorities effectively.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of project-related activities.

Responsibilities
- Provide updates, address inquiries, and maintain stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication practices.
- Work collaboratively with the construction team, following directions and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain communication with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to coordinate orders and deliveries.
- Assist the Project Manager(s) in managing, coordinating, and administering the project through all phases of design, construction, and post-construction.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and various teams to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and tasks to identify any deviations from the project plan.
- Actively participate and/or lead any Owner/Architect/Construction Management Agent (OAC), coordination, trade contractor, scheduling, and any other meetings.
- Coordinate to schedule meetings with the project team as directed by the Project Manager(s).
- Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with industry standards and stakeholder specifications.
- Address project-related issues and challenges promptly, seeking guidance from the Project Manager and/or Superintendent as needed and keeping them fully informed in a timely fashion regarding any to all problem areas on the project.
- Ability to adapt to changing project needs, handle unexpected challenges, and adjust project plans accordingly.
- Aid in the preparation, expediting, and monitoring of documents (reports, schedules, invoices, ASIs, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes/agendas, daily reports, change orders, punch lists, inspections, closeout, and stakeholder presentations).
- Prepare project status reports, updates, and presentations for project managers and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to optimize the procurement process, reduce lead times, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Attendance at work during normal business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, a related field, or equivalent field experience.
- Some experience in the construction industry or related fields, demonstrating a grasp of project management principles.
