Requirements
- Ph.D. in a Social Science related field
- 2+ years of experience
- Prior experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis
- Experience with web-based data collection tools
- Knowledge of program evaluation
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evaluation plans for new and ongoing projects
- Collect, code, and analyze qualitative data for reporting
- Prepare and present evaluation findings to diverse audiences including academic, policy, and community stakeholders
- Write and create content for dissemination including policy briefs, infographics/summary sheets, and technical and impact reports
- Recommend metrics and evaluation designs
- Provide technical assistance to grantees around evaluation (metrics review, survey design, descriptive data analysis)
- Develop manuscripts and conduct literature reviews
- Lead and support special projects across the Clearinghouse
Preferred Qualifications
