Requirements
- Associate’s degree in nursing (ADN) Required.
- 2 years of relevant clinical nursing experience (critical care, ICU) Required.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the effective implementation of the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of the hospital and the nursing department and their effect on patient care in the department.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or MSN Preferred.
- Participation in leadership activities (Unit, hospital, or system Shared Governance meetings, Precepting, or Charge nurse experience) Preferred.
