Requirements
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Ability to work a flexible overnight schedule, minimum 50 hour weekly work schedule.
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
- 1 year of work experience required.
- No previous leadership experience required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Freight Handling activities, including Consistent Unload, Directed Packout, and Purge Pack down processes.
- Make recommendations in the selection process by assisting with recruitment and interviews.
- Ensure associates follow all safety and hazmat procedures and Safety Matters guidelines at all times.
- Understand upcoming events and initiatives and leverage sales and profit opportunities.
- Perform Opening, Closing and MOD tasking as well as other whole store focus responsibilities.
- Ensure common areas in the store are clean which include breakrooms and bathrooms.
