Requirements
- 1-2 years of advertising agency experience, or relevant internships
- Excellent communication skills including both verbal and written
- A go-getter attitude – no task is too small
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Time management skills
Responsibilities
- Develop clear, accurate, and timely reports assessing current COVID trends in local markets, mitigation strategies, and vendor requirements to safely and successfully activate live events.
- Proactively reach out to Account Supervisors and Account Executives to pull performance data, create and assemble reports, and manage necessary follow-ups with other agency departments, WPP partner agencies, and vendors.
- Drive the account’s logistical planning, preparation, and execution of client meetings in the agency.
